Completed works at The Chalet. Nest Architects worked closely with a client whose considered eye for design helped guide the development of both the architecture and full interior design package of the ‘Getting Ready Rooms’. The project comprises a purpose-built, four-bedroom retreat, defined by bespoke joinery, a custom salon table and feature oak trusses by Glenfort Engineering to define the space that supports the rituals of wedding preparation. The timber frame by Mourne Timber Framing, is clad in a rustic red brick and deep green metal forming the vernacular structure that sits quietly within the surrounding forest.
